Refund Policy:

If you are at all unhappy with your box contents please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to offer you a replacement in your next delivery. In certain cases a discount credit may be offered against your next purchase.

To obtain a replacement/exchange you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your box.

Also, any changes/cancellations on orders must be received by Monday 11:59PM (2 days) before your delivery is due.

Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our goods we are unable to accept cancellations after Monday 11:59PM (2-3 working days before you delivery is due).
