Hoosier Organic Connection is a year-round natural food delivery service.  Our focus is supporting local farmers using sustainable practices.  We also deliver a large variety of natural grocery items, like elk, bison, free range eggs, milk, yogurt, and cheese.  We source locally first, and buy a wide variety of fruits and vegetables that come from certified organic farms outside of Indiana. 

In July 2009, Cliff Carley had the opportunity to purchase Hoosier Organic Connections.  Seeking help with this new endeavor, he asked Eric Roosa to run the day-to-day operations of the business.  Cliff's knowledge in farming and relationships with other farmers; and Eric's experience in the food business as a chef for 20 years; both help make this business thrive and excel in excellence.

The Carley Family - Cliff and his wife Angie, owners of Carley Elk Farm, were looking for a way to somewhat live independently off the land they owned and with Cliff's passion for hunting, elk farming seemed to be the perfect fit for their family.  Cliff, Angie and their  two children, Danielle and Clayton, are all active choosing, raising, and handling of the elk.  Their herd is now 30 strong and still growing with four bottle fed elk that are very people friendly.  In April 2008 they started raising Whitetail deer.  There are 20 deer on the farm with four of them being bottle fed.  You will also see many different birds on the farm as well.

The Roosa Family- After working as a front line chef for 20 years, Eric decided that it was time to use his knowledge of food and service in another venue.  With a family of six, he wanted to do something they could do together.  Eric and his wife Jenni know how hard it is to get out and purchase what you need on a weekly basis.  With four children, Cassi, Corbin, Brayden, and Gabe, food goes fast and weekly delivery helps so much. 

Our two families are going to work very hard to make your organic food ordering and delivery experience a joy and helping hand.
